Very impressive for its time with huge sprites and incredible details (the faces of the characters get beaten down during the fight), it had gameplay innovations like the Spirit Gauge or the dash, and a peculiar "slow but powerful" gameplay. Today it's too limited : only two buttons, two characters in solo, and a very rigid gameplay. If you're interested in the style, look at the third entry, much more modern.
