While it only shows discounts from the European eShop, visually it's a big improvement over the old page (which was Europe-only, too).
The page is cut into three columns:
- Top Rated discounts: These games have a "green" rating on the site, which means they have a score of 8 or above. Also, the games in this column are discounted by at least 25%.
- Highest discounts: These games are discounted by at least 50%. Highest ranked games are shown first, and this list will show games with lower scores that the first column - so long as they have a rank.
- Unranked discounts: This is a bit of a wildcard column, containing discounted games that we haven't ranked yet. If you'd like to help rank more of our database but you don't have your own site, or you can't get hold of a review code, this is a way to do it that won't break the bank.
Each list contains a maximum of 50 items to keep things running smoothly.
As part of these changes, we've also reworked the top navigation bar with menus. Now, you can reach many more parts of the site that were not previously accessible without drilling down into one of the top-level pages.
